Easy order process, quick dispatch and delivery with emails from Royal Mail along the way to know when to expect the item. The envelope was torn slightly on arrival but everything was present and undamaged and does not impact on the rating I've given. The Tower Crystal comes in a lovely presentation box with magnetic clasp to stop it from flapping open and the quality is absolutely fantastic - both the image and the additional text are wonderfully crisp and clear. The Tower looks stunning by itself however the light stand does work to enhance it. Bought as a gift I am positive that it will be well received. Many thanks.

I have just received my crystal this morning and am delighted with it. The picture I used for my two dogs was actually a pencil sketch drawn of them by a very good artist friend of mine and I was a little apprehensive as to how well it would be able to be copied in to the crystal, but I needn’t have worried! It is fabulous. We lost one of the dogs last year and now we have him forever in the crystal with his brother. The crystal itself is a good size and weighty so not overly fragile. Very good value for money.
