Delivery / Shipping information

General Delivery information

Please allow an extra day for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Some deliveries may require a signature. We cannot process orders to P.O. Box addresses.

Returns

At In a Crystal, we put our customers satisfaction first and in doing so have dealt with each event on an individual basis. All crystals dispatched are thoroughly checked for defects before being dispatched. As our 3D crystals are made to order, we are unable to issue any refunds or accept returns, however we will always do our very best to ensure a smooth shopping experience with us.

In the unlikely event that you believe you have received a defective crystal please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact Email to set up a return authorization for inspection. In a Crystal reserves the right to determine if the product is defective and if the product can be improved.

If the crystal is found to be defective we will exchange the crystal with a replacement of the same size and contents. Any defective items must be returned to us in the condition brand new condition as received, including any packaging that may have been sent along with the 3D Crystal.
